Our Integrative Vibroacoustic Certification is a two-level program designed to support personal vibroacoustic practice and trauma-informed practitioner development.
This certification integrates sound, vibration, and embodied practices to support nervous system regulation and professional application in wellness, therapeutic, and client-centered settings.
Level I establishes foundational vibroacoustic practices with trauma-informed principles for personal awareness, self-regulation, and a sustainable personal practice.
Level II expands into practitioner development for guiding integrative vibroacoustic experiences with individuals and groups in applied settings.

Experiential Practice (2 hours)
To support embodied learning and personal integration, participants are required to complete the following:
Community Immersion Experiences (2 Hours)
Participants must attend one MARs Whealthness mindful wellness community event, including a 90-minute sound bath meditation and 30-minute yoga session, to deepen their personal practice and embodied understanding of mindfulness principles.
Level II: Practitioner
This 14-hour level is ideal for those looking to facilitate integrative vibroacoustic experiences for others in individual or group settings such as wellness sessions, therapeutic environments, or applied professional contexts.

Independent Vibroacoustic Practice (4 Hours):
Participants will engage in self-directed vibroacoustic practice using breathwork, sound, vibration, and instrument-based techniques explored throughout the program. This may include personal practice with Tibetan singing bowls, breathwork, sound-based regulation techniques, and other practices explored throughout the training. Participants will maintain a simple practice log and complete a final reflection prior to certification completion.
Practitioner Practice (3 Hours):
Participants will complete 3 hours of structured practitioner practice to apply breath, sound, and instrument-based techniques explored throughout the program. Practice may take place with peers, family members, or other appropriate volunteer participants in non-clinical settings. Participants will maintain a simple practice log to document their experiences and support ongoing skill development and integration.
Level I & II: Foundations to Practitioner
This 22-hour pathway combines Level I (Foundations) and Level II (Practitioner) into a complete certification journey for those seeking both personal vibroacoustic development and professional practitioner training. It is designed for those looking to deepen their personal vibroacoustic practice while developing the knowledge, skills, and confidence to facilitate integrative vibroacoustic experiences for others in wellness, therapeutic, and client-centered settings.

Integrative Vibroacoustic Certification Requirements
Level I: Foundations (8 Hours)

- Attend all Level I training hours
- Complete the required experiential practice
Level II: Practitioner (14 Hours)
To successfully complete the program, participants must:
- Complete Integrative Vibroacoustic Level I through MARs Whealthness, LLC
- Attend all Level II training hours
- Successfully participate in the supervised practicum

Level I & II: Foundations to Practitioner (22 Hours)
To successfully complete the full certification pathway, participants must:
- Complete Level I Integrative Vibroacoustic (Foundations) and Level II (Practitioner) training through MARs Whealthness, LLC
- Attend all required training hours across both levels
- Successfully participate in the supervised practicum (Level II)

What is the time commitment outside of training hours?
Outside of live training sessions:
