Yoga with Mindful Sounds

We offer a multi-sensory approach to restoration, weaving together movement, breathwork, and sound bath meditation. During an intentional, extended shavasana, we incorporate a curated soundscape of chimes, drums, and ambient tones. These layered frequencies are designed to support deep nervous system regulation and mental clarity. Schedule & Styles

We host monthly community sessions on a rotating schedule throughout the Inland Empire. To provide a balanced experience, we alternate between our two signature yoga styles:

  • Slow Flow: A rhythmic, breath-to-movement practice to build intentional heat.
  • Mindful Yin: A meditative practice with extended holds for deep restoration.

Yoga with Mindful Sounds is followed by our signature immersive sound bath mediation.

Investment

Yoga & Sound Bath Meditation

To make our wellness events financially accessible, we use a tiered pricing system (also known as a sliding scale). We have three pricing tiers to choose from (community, supporter, & sustainer rate):

Community Rate ($40 each MARtian): For those who need healing at an accessible pricing rate (supported by your fellow MARtians).

Supporter Rate ($50 each MARtian): The base cost for the session.

Sustainer Rate ($60 each MARtian): For those who are able to support other MARtians’ healing and make the lower tier pricing possible (helps pay it forward).

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the benefits of practicing yoga?

  • Reducing anxiety
  • Improving flexibility and range of motion
  • Improving brain health and memory
  • Increasing muscle strength and tone
  • Cardiovascular health (improves circulation & lowers blood pressure)
  • Improving sleep
  • Weight management
  • Pain reduction
  • Better poster
  • Enhancing balance and coordination
  • Respiratory benefits
  • Mental health
  • Immune support
  • Helping to prevent injury

Who can experience a session?

All MARtians are welcome to experience a yoga session. We specialize working with all ages and levels.

Mindful Note: The effectiveness of yoga depends on the style of yoga practiced, the frequency and consistency, and the individual's health status. If you're considering starting a yoga practice, it is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or concerns.

How should I prepare before a session?

All Sessions:

  • We recommend active wear attire or comfortable clothing.

Community SessionsEach MARtian is recommended to bring a yoga mat, however, we have limited sanitized mats for community use. Also, bring props if needed (i.e. blocks, blanket, bolster, strap, cushion).

Private Sessions:We provide sanitized yoga mats for up to 20 participants.

What are the recommendations after a session?

Immediately after a session, we recommend all MARtians to drink plenty of water the rest of the day.

We highly recommend to continue self-regulation strategies on a daily basis between sessions by setting intentions and building a consistent practice for wellness. By doing so, this helps to deepen connection to self, release traumas in the body, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate healing from the inside out.

"The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness."
