What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is simply “maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens” (UC Berkeley, 2022). It simply means to be fully present in the moment.
